In addition to Thanksgiving foods such as turkeys, hams, whole chickens, cranberry sauce, instant potatoes, and stuffing, we also are in need of everyday foods, especially Spaghetti and Sauce, Canned Meat, Canned fruit, Grits, Oatmeal, Rice and jelly. Donations can be delivered during our normal operating hours which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9-noon.
We will begin to give out Thanksgiving dinner food on October 29. Needed are Turkeys, Hams, and whole chickens. Stuffing, Instant Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce, and Pumpkin. We are also very low on Canned Meat, Canned Fruit, Shampoo, Deodorant, and bar soap. Donations can be brought to us during our normal hours (MWF mornings 9-noon).
While we have lots of canned vegetables, we are getting very low on most other food items. Especially needed are Rice (especially one pound bags), Canned Fruit, Canned Meat, Canned Stew, Canned Chili, Spaghetti Sauce, Stuffing, Instant Potatoes, Peanut Butter, Cereal, Oatmeal, and Grits. Because children are home from school, we continue to need donations of Cereal and Healthy snacks. We also need donations of toilet paper. Donations can be brought during our normal operating hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings, 9 AM – noon and should be brought to our storage building.
